Let's Get Personal:
Working directly with people that want to have a positive impact on the world is the work I love! I love working on causes that matter and seeing people and communities change for the better.
I believe you can do anything you believe you can do! Believe you can, get a plan, put the plan in motion, and achieve it. Two days before my 19th birthday, freshman year of college, I had my first child. I returned to school Fall 2003 with my 6 month old baby. Twenty-three (23) years old, May 2007, I graduated from college Cum Laude with my first degree, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I knew I could do it, I had a plan, found a village (my tribe), put the plan in motion and found success.
I have done this over and over again! I am a natural planner that believes in ACTION! Don’t just talk about it, be about it. I take this same approach when working with clients. I work with people I believe in, I help them assess areas of need, identify goals, develop an action plan and when implemented they experience success. The best part, their success has a positive impact on people, communities, and causes!
Ten Minute Talks is a series hosted by the DCNP that provides education on various topics for nonprofit organizations. Cheronda did 5 different topics. This is 1 of 5 topics "Brand Awareness for Nonprofits".
