My name is Cheronda and I spend most of my time in my car. Yes, seriously! I am often driving to clients as a real estate agent or chauffeuring my son around (thankfully my daughter can drive herself).
When I am not shuffling around in my car I am at my computer or working directly with people and nonprofit organizations that want to have a positive impact on the world. This is the work I love! I love working on causes that matter and seeing people and communities change for the better. In 2024, I plan to retire from consulting and real estate and spend my time working on causes that matter.
I believe you can do anything you believe you can do! Believe you can, get a plan, put the plan in motion, and achieve it. Two days before my 19th birthday, spring semester of my freshman year of college, I had my first child. I took the spring semester off and returned to school fall semester with my 6 month old baby in tow. Twenty-three (23) years old, May 2007, I graduated from college Cum Laude with my first degree, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I knew I could do it, I had a plan, found a village (my tribe), put the plan in motion and found success.
I have done this over and over again! I am a natural planner that believes in ACTION! Don’t just talk about it, be about it. These natural skills were enhanced when I was in school working on a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior. I never realized until I took formal project management and operational courses, I was living out these methods, techniques, and strategies in my everyday life.
In 2018, my educational experiences and natural abilities paired with my experiences as a consultant prompted me to write two books with the goal of helping people use project management methods to achieve their goals. People that use the books as a resource are finding success in different areas of their life. That’s right, I am serving people and having a positive impact, even with a book. It is the work I love!
When I am not working, volunteering, or driving I enjoy traveling with my kiddos, hanging out with friends and family, and listening to someone tell a really good story with animation and a little bit of acting.
I am a natural planner that believes in ACTION! If you believe it, you can achieve it.
If you believe you can start or grow a nonprofit organization that will have a positive impact on the world; YOU CAN!
Now you need a plan.
